A digital agency’s website, turned into its best sales tool.
An agency that sells marketing was losing work on its own website. Rebuilt around what a buyer actually needs to decide, it generated 35% more leads and 15% more revenue.

The site read like a brochure: what the agency offered, in the agency’s words, with the questions a buyer actually has left unanswered until someone got on a message thread.
The rebuild started from the buyer’s sequence, not the service list: what this costs, what happens first, what proof exists, who I am dealing with. Every page had to answer one of those before asking for anything.
Technically it moved to Next.js with content structured for search, fast on the mobile connections most of the traffic arrived on, and instrumented so the agency could see which pages produced conversations.
Leads rose 35% and revenue 15%, and the sales cycle shortened because prospects arrived having already read the answers instead of asking for them.
