Privacy
The short version: this site collects a message and an email address when you send one, counts visits without tracking you across the web, and sells nothing to anyone.
No third party advertising pixels, and no profiles built for anyone else.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Ask and everything about you is removed, usually the same working day.
1. What is collected
When you send a message through the form, by email, by text, or on LinkedIn, what you write is collected along with the name and address you send it from. Nothing on the form is required beyond a first name, an email address, and the message itself.
Visits are counted in aggregate: which pages were opened, roughly where in the world from, and which site referred them. That measurement is done without cookies that follow you to other sites, and it is not tied to an individual.
Standard server logs record the IP address and browser making a request, which is how abuse and rate limiting are handled.
2. Why it is collected
To answer you, to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into work, and to know which pages are worth keeping. There is no newsletter, no drip sequence, and no unsolicited follow-up campaign.
3. Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run the site and reply to you: hosting, transactional email, and a CRM that stores the conversation. Each one acts strictly on instruction and none of them is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing, and no data is passed to advertising networks.
4. How long it is kept
A message that does not lead to work is kept for two years, then deleted. Records tied to paid work are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are kept for thirty days. Anything can be deleted earlier on request.
5. Customer data during a project
Where work involves access to a customer's own systems or data, that access is used only for the agreed work, under the mutual NDA that is standard in the terms. Credentials are stored in a password manager and revoked at the end of the engagement. Customer data is never used to train a model, and never copied to anywhere outside the customer's own infrastructure without written agreement.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. There is no form and no process to go through: write to me and it is done, normally the same working day and always within thirty days.
