Frequently asked questions
How the estimate works, what the floor means, and what happens next.
No. It is an estimate built from the same scope drivers I use when pricing an integration: the number of source systems, record volume, sync direction, object types, and how much history you need. The real number comes after a mapping audit and arrives in writing before any build work starts.
That is the published floor for the service. Even the smallest integration needs mapping, normalization, association handling, retry logic, and an audit trail. Below that number the work cannot be done properly, so I do not quote below it.
This tool gives you a starting range, not a final quote. Above $10,000 the scope varies too much for a calculator to be honest about it: connecting nine systems with custom objects and full history is a different project from connecting a billing tool. Past that point I price it after a mapping audit, in writing, so the number reflects your actual systems rather than a slider.
Yes. One-way ingestion has one source of truth. Two-way sync means both sides can write, so every field needs an owner, a conflict rule, and loop protection. It is where most HubSpot integrations break, and it is the part that takes the most care to get right.
No. The calculation runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is stored and nothing is transmitted. Reloading the page clears every selection.
Your selections carry into the contact form so you do not retype them. I reply within one business day with either a mapping audit proposal or an honest answer that a marketplace app already covers your case.
