I build AI into your product: answers drawn from your own data, AI that takes real action, and features your users touch every day, running on the same technology behind ChatGPT. Monthly build partnership, no long-term contracts.

What I build
Pick a use case to see exactly how the work flows from input to result.
Answers From Your Own Data
Answers drawn from your own documents, product data, or knowledge base instead of guesses, using a method called retrieval augmented generation. Every answer points back to its source.

AI Development Retainer
AI features need evaluation, tuning, and new capability over time. I work on a monthly retainer to build, evaluate, and grow your AI product surface.
Single Tier
$3,999/monthMonthly build partnership for AI features and products
Includes
- AI feature design and implementation
- Evaluation suite and regression testing
- Cost and latency tuning as usage scales
- New AI features as your product needs evolve
- Keeping your AI's search over your own data fast and accurate as it grows
- Guardrails and safety checks to prevent bad outputs from reaching your users
How It Works
Scope, prove, deliver. Each build moves through the same tight loop.
- 01
Scope
I look at your product and data, and find the single highest-value AI capability to build first. No boiling the ocean.
- 02
Proof of concept
I build a working proof on your real data so you can validate accuracy before committing to the full build.
- 03
Delivered in two to four days
Once validated, I build it, launch it, and set up evaluation so you know it keeps working. You see working software, not slide decks.
Your first month
Here's exactly what happens after you sign up.
Week 1
Discovery call + review of your product and data + build plan
Week 2-3
Build and test your first AI feature (highest-value use case)
Week 4
Launch, with testing and monitoring in place
Month 2+
Tune accuracy, add new features, manage costs
Why a Retainer?
An AI feature is not a one-time build. Models change, usage grows, and prompts need tuning. A retainer keeps it accurate and cost-effective without the misaligned incentives of hourly billing.
- Fixed monthly fee, no hourly tracking or billing disputes
- Evaluation catches accuracy regressions before your users do
- Predictable costs, with tuning as your usage scales
- Maintains accuracy through prompt and retrieval upkeep over time
- Add new AI features with no contract renegotiation
- Grows with your product, not stuck at launch scope
- No estimates or scopes. Just add tasks and I execute
- Flexible engagement, pause or cancel anytime
Security & Legal Protection
Your business data and AI implementations are protected through clear agreements covering IP transfer, data privacy, and confidentiality.
One simple contract covers all the work
A single Master Services Agreement (MSA) covers every retainer period. No new paperwork for each AI feature. Quick to sign, protects both sides.
I invoice you as a US business
Contracts run as B2B, not employment. Keeps taxes and billing clean on both ends, and you won't get flagged for treating a contractor like an employee (IRS/IR35 safe).
Once you pay, everything is 100% yours
All code, prompts, and infrastructure. I keep nothing. Written into the contract as a Work Made for Hire clause, effective once payment clears.
Confidentiality (NDA)
Standard Non-Disclosure Agreement built into the terms. Your business data, training data, and product code stay private.
Your questions answered
Common questions about AI development and how I work.
Not necessarily. For most use cases, I build your AI to answer from your own documents, FAQs, and product data, a method called retrieval augmented generation (RAG). For fine-tuning or specialized models, I tell you exactly what's needed during the discovery call.
I work with OpenAI (GPT-4o, o1), Anthropic (Claude Sonnet/Opus), and open-source models via Ollama for on-premise deployment. I've delivered production systems with all three and pick a provider based on your accuracy, cost, and privacy requirements.
I build an evaluation suite alongside the feature, so I catch regressions before you do. A person reviews the decisions that matter, and I include a 30-day accuracy warranty on everything I build.
First build typically takes two to four weeks. A single feature, like answers from one data source or a basic AI agent, can be ready in one to two weeks. Multi-step agents or full testing setups take three to five weeks.
