This site is operated by Adriano Junior, a US-based independent software consultant. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit adriano-junior.com and how it is used.
What I collect
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and project description. This data is sent via Resend (email API) and stored only in my email inbox. I use it to respond to your inquiry. I do not sell or share this information.
Analytics
This site uses the following analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. None of these tools identify you personally.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — page views, referral sources, device type. Data is processed by Google. Google Privacy Policy
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No personal data collected. Plausible Data Policy
- Vercel Analytics — performance metrics (Web Vitals). No cookies. Vercel Privacy
- Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps. IP addresses are anonymized. Microsoft Privacy
- Ahrefs Analytics — SEO traffic data. Ahrefs Privacy
HubSpot
HubSpot tracking is used for CRM purposes. It may set cookies to identify returning visitors. You can opt out by blocking the HubSpot script in your browser. HubSpot Privacy Policy

This site uses first-party and third-party cookies from Google Analytics and HubSpot. Plausible and Vercel Analytics do not use cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any personal data I hold about you (contact form submissions) by emailing talk@adriano-junior.com. I will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure. If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA. Contact me at the email above to exercise them.
Third-party links
This site links to external websites (LinkedIn, GitHub, Cal.com, client sites). I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Changes
I may update this policy if I add or remove analytics tools. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
