HubSpotIntegrations

Your systems hold the data. HubSpot holds the pipeline. I build the layer between them, so every record arrives normalized, mapped to the right object, and traceable back to its source. From $4,999.

What I connect to HubSpot

If the system holds customer data and exposes an API, it can feed your portal.

ERP and Billing Sync

Push invoices, subscriptions, and payment status from NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Stripe into HubSpot so sales sees revenue reality without opening another tool.

Salesforce Two-Way Sync

Keep HubSpot and Salesforce aligned without duplicate contacts or overwritten fields. Field-level mapping, conflict rules, and a clear system of record per object.

Product Database to CRM

Send signup, usage, and churn events from your own application into HubSpot as contacts, companies, and custom objects that marketing can actually segment on.

Multi-System Consolidation

Several platforms, one HubSpot portal. Each source normalized, deduplicated, and associated so every team works from the same customer record.

Data Warehouse Pipelines

Move enriched or modeled data from Snowflake, BigQuery, or Postgres into HubSpot properties, and push HubSpot activity back out for reporting.

Custom Objects and Associations

Model what your business actually sells. Custom objects, association labels, and the mapping logic that keeps them correct as records change.

What makes an integration hold up

The build is the easy part. Staying correct under real data volume is the work.

Normalization Before Upsert

Raw records rarely match HubSpot's shape. I map, clean, and deduplicate every payload before it reaches your portal, so bad data never lands in the first place.

Full Audit Trail

Trace any HubSpot record back to its source batch and original payload. When a number looks wrong, you find out why in minutes instead of guessing.

Sync Monitoring and Control

A control panel to watch pipeline health, pause ingestion per source, and inspect individual records end to end. You are never locked out of your own sync.

Rate Limits and Retries

HubSpot enforces API limits and your source systems fail sometimes. Batching, backoff, and idempotent upserts are built in, not bolted on after the first outage.

How the work runs

Discovery first, because the mapping decisions are the hard part. Code second.

  1. 01

    Audit your systems and objects

I map every source system, the records it holds, and how they should land in HubSpot. You get the mapping in writing before anything is built.

  2. 02

Agree the scope and the price

Once the mapping is clear, the scope is clear. You get a fixed written quote starting at $4,999. No hourly tracking, no open-ended discovery bill.

  3. 03

    Build, verify, and go live

I build the ingestion, normalization, and upsert layer, then verify it against your real records before it touches production data.

  4. 04

    Hand over everything

Code, infrastructure, and documentation are yours. The control panel stays in your account. Nothing runs on my machines.

When this is not the right service

Integration work is expensive. Here is when you should not buy it.

Teams a marketplace app already serves

If a HubSpot marketplace app covers your case, use it. It is cheaper and I will tell you so. Custom work is for the cases the marketplace does not reach.

Businesses without HubSpot in place

This service connects systems to an existing HubSpot portal. If you are still choosing a CRM, that is a different conversation.

One-off CSV imports

A single migration you will never repeat does not need an integration layer. Import it and move on.

Source systems with no API

If a system offers no API, no export, and no database access, there is nothing to integrate. Screen scraping is not a foundation to build on.

Questions before you commit

Tell me which systems need to reach HubSpot and I'll map the work before you commit to anything.

Use it if it fits. Marketplace apps handle the common path well. They struggle when you need custom object mapping, cross-system deduplication, association logic beyond the defaults, or an audit trail you can actually query. If you have already hit one of those walls, that is when custom work pays for itself.

The Reevia integration connected four source systems and reached production in under four weeks. A single system with clean data and standard objects moves faster. The mapping audit usually takes a few days, and the build follows from there.

The ingestion layer batches requests, backs off on limit responses, and retries safely because every write is idempotent. A rate limit slows a sync down. It does not lose records or create duplicates.

Yes. Custom objects, custom properties, and association labels are part of the mapping work. Modeling what you actually sell is usually the reason a marketplace app was not enough.

No. Code, infrastructure, and documentation are yours once you pay. Everything runs in your accounts. I keep no copy and no standing access.

You see the number before any build work starts. The mapping audit comes first, the written quote follows, and you decide from there. There is no surprise invoice and no hourly meter running in the background.

Four systems, one source of truth: HubSpot visibility for one of Brazil's largest vet networks

Built a custom integration layer for Reevia that connects four source systems into HubSpot for one of Brazil's largest veterinary companies. Over 2 million records processed with full normalization. Any lead from any system is inside HubSpot in under 50 seconds, standardized and ready to use.

“For the first time, our teams all work from the same data. The integration runs silently in the background and just works.”— Reevia

Security & Legal Protection

Integration work touches your customer data. The terms cover IP transfer, data privacy, and confidentiality before anything is connected.

One contract covers the engagement

A single Master Services Agreement covers the audit and the build. Quick to sign, protects both sides.

I invoice you as a US business

Contracts run as B2B, not employment. Keeps taxes and billing clean on both ends, and IRS/IR35 safe.

Once you pay, everything is 100% yours

All code, mappings, infrastructure definitions, and documentation. Written into the contract as a Work Made for Hire clause, effective once payment clears.

Confidentiality (NDA)

Standard Non-Disclosure Agreement built into the terms. Your customer data, schemas, and business logic stay private.
