What each price leaves out
Every published price covers a defined scope. Here is what sits outside it.
- Websites
- Hosting after launch is not included. It runs $20 to $100 a month, billed directly by your hosting provider, not by me. Ongoing SEO work is a separate service.
- MVP Development
- Work outside the agreed scope is not included. If you want a feature added later, I price the change and confirm it with you before any work happens.
- Custom Web Applications
- Standard covers maintenance and clearly scoped features. Custom architecture work and a heavier backlog need the Pro plan.
- AI Development
- The retainer does not cover a compliance certification such as SOC 2 or HIPAA. That review is yours to run. It is also not a fit for a one-off experiment with no plan to keep using the result.
- Fractional CTO
- Neither tier covers production coding. If you need an engineer writing features, that is the Custom Web Applications service, not this one.
- HubSpot Integrations
- If a HubSpot marketplace app already covers your case, use that instead. It costs less, and I will tell you so. I also keep no standing access to your HubSpot portal after launch.
